Terms & Conditions
A Legal Disclaimer
Welcome to the official website of DJ Nizzy. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.
Website Purpose
• This Site is for information and booking inquiries only.
• We do not accept payments directly through this website.
• Submitting an inquiry form or contacting us through the Site does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed after we approve the date and both parties agree to the final details in writing (email, text, or signed agreement) and, if applicable, a deposit is paid through an agreed payment method (e.g., Zelle, Cash App, etc.).
Booking & Services
• We provide DJ and related entertainment services for events such as weddings, private parties, corporate events, nightlife, and other functions, primarily in South Florida, with availability for travel.
• All details for your event (date, time, location, type of event, music preferences, equipment needs, etc.) must be confirmed in writing.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking request at our discretion, including due to logistical issues, safety concerns, non-payment, or other reasonable factors.
Payments & Deposits
• Because we do not process payments on this Site, all payments are handled offline via mutually agreed methods (for example: Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, bank transfer, cash, etc.).
• If a deposit is required to secure your date, the amount and due date will be clearly communicated to you in writing.
• Your booking is not confirmed until your deposit (if required) has been received and acknowledged.
• Remaining balances are due by the deadline agreed upon in writing prior to the event.
Client Responsibilities
By booking our services, you agree to:
• Provide accurate event details (date, time, venue, access instructions, power availability, etc.).
• Ensure the venue has appropriate electrical power, space, and safe working conditions for DJ equipment.
• Obtain any necessary permits, licenses, or venue approvals (including sound or music licenses) if required.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests, staff, and equipment. You are responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by guests, venue conditions, or event activities.
Music, Requests & Content
• We strive to accommodate your music preferences, playlists, and “do-not-play” lists when provided in advance.
Day-of requests from you or your guests will be honored at our discretion, based on:
• Time constraints
• Event flow
• Appropriateness of content
• Technical limitations (availability of track, Wi-Fi, etc.)
• We reserve the right not to play music with explicit or offensive content if it’s not appropriate for the event type, the venue rules, or your previously stated preferences.
Travel & Overtime
• Events outside our normal service area may be subject to travel fees, which will be communicated in advance.
• If your event runs longer than originally agreed:
• Overtime is subject to our availability and must be approved by us on the spot.
• Overtime rates will be communicated and must be paid as agreed (for example, per hour or per portion of an hour).
